If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or mislabeled, please email us at Supports@hatzon.com within 14 working days of delivery.
If the customer provided the wrong shipping address, Hatzof won’t refund.
Include your order number and clear photo proof.
Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued after case review and approval.
